the release

working through the emotions of some buried pain has been one of the most wicked self work ive been through.

waking from one of the most liberating dreams i can’t even begin to share how peaceful the release has been.

without getting too over zealous i need to include that it’s been the one i been waiting for.

songs can trigger me and i can now listen to songs that reminded me of him without a flinch or wince.

my wounds healed.

it’s incredible and mighty strong. so much that i feel the light. shining through the cracks, i can see.

music will forever be my first love. i realize when i listened to songs that were our songs.

healing the pain took long enough. sending you peace and all that good stuff.
